WorldQuant Billionaire Launches Israeli Deep-Tech Venture Arm

Igor Tulchinsky, CEO of WorldQuant, is launching a venture capital operation in Israel to target AI, robotics, and biotechnology startups. The fund, WorldQuant Genesis, is managed by Maj. Gen. (res.) Saar Tzur, who brings extensive security expertise to the investment strategy. The fund has already backed Navairo, an Israeli defense-tech firm specializing in anti-drone swarm technology.
