MDA Space Acquires Israeli Chipmaker SatixFy

SatixFy, a major supplier of chips to MDA, brings over 60 patents and a team of 165 technical staff to the Canadian firm. This deal follows SatixFy's previous sale of its U.K.-based payload systems to MDA in 2023, further cementing the partnership between the two companies.
